We have developed a prescription delivery service aimed at simplifying our customers' everyday routines. Through our mobile app or website, you can efficiently manage your repeat prescriptions all in one place. This eliminates the need to contact or visit your GP, or navigate through their online ordering system to request a prescription.

1. Order your prescription: Search for your medication to initiate your prescription request. Upon placing an order, we will seek approval from your GP.
2. Payment or exemption upload: Upon receiving the prescription from your GP, we will prompt you to pay for your order. Payment for your prescription will reflect the current standard NHS prescription cost. Alternatively, if you are exempt from payment, you can upload supporting evidence.
3. Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your prescription using your preferred delivery method.

We offer delivery services to your doorstep through Royal Mail from our online pharmacy based in Stoke-on-Trent. Delivery typically ranges from 2 to 4 days. Additionally, you have the option of utilizing Click and Collect, allowing you to collect your prescription free of charge from a Well pharmacy at your convenience. Please note that Click and Collect is presently available at select locations, with expansion ongoing weekly. The Click and Collect process typically takes up to 2 working days post-selection on the app.
